A few days
ago I decided to make mashed potatoes because I was bored of eating normal
potatoes. My husband told me it was delicious. Here’s the recipe for moist
mashed potatoes.
Serves: 4

Ingredients

1 kg potatoes

2 dl milk
·
3 eggs
·
150g butter
·
Salt
Instructions
1. Cook
the peeled potatoes in slight salty water.
2. Take
a saucepan and let the milk cook. Cut the butter in pieces and add. Season it
with salt.
3. Mash
the cooked potatoes and add the milk-butter substance.
4. Add
only the egg yoke to the cooked potatoes with milk and butter and whip it. Let
the mashed potatoes cook a little more.
5. Taste
and serve!
