This post is about another juice I made with my juicer. This one's called "Red Energy Booster". So grab your apron and start!
Servings: 3
Ingredients:
- 4 apples
- 1 orange
- 3 beetroots
- 3 carrots
- 1/2 lemon
Instructions:
- Cut the apples into four and remove the core (you don't want to eat the seeds). You can remove the peel but you don't need to.
- Was the beetroots and the carrots. Scrub them.
- Peel the orange and lemon. Cut them in pieces
- First put the apples in the juicer, followed by the carrots and beetroots, lemon and orange.
- Serve cold in a nice drinking glass. Enjoy!
